Home Care Package "HCP" and the "New" Support At Home "SaH" Program
We have brokerage agreements with 38 different Home Care Package Providers. This means, if your with one of the "38" we can do your service and your Package Provider that holds the funds for you - can pay us.
How?
1. Ask us if we can help and we will give you a quote;
2. The quote goes to your package provider to approve;
3. We get the approval and do the service for you;
4. We send an invoice to the provider to pay us

Our cancelation policy for a booked service is 2 full business day's notice to postpone or cancel or full fee may apply. In our commitment to providing stability for our Aged Care workers, we require at least 2 business days notice to postpone or cancel. Your understanding is appreciated.
