Support At Home "SaH" Program
Home Care Packages were replaced on 1 November 2025 with the new "Support at Home" program.
We are an "Associated Provider" and have brokerage agreements with 45 different Support At Home Providers. We are happy to work with any provider that would like an agreement with us. All our workers have police checks, and are experienced. We hold full insurance as required by providers.
Services We provide:

Domestic Assistance - house cleaning, unacompanied shopping etc

Social Support Individual - accompanying clients

Home maintenance - minor home repairs

Gutter Cleaning

Window cleaning

Gardening

Lawn mowing, whipper snip and blowdown

JQ Services property operations are carried out in 2 quality frameworks which enable customers to be assured that our services remain at the highest quality.
The three quality frameworks are:

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Practice Standards
Our cancelation policy for a booked service is 2 full business day's notice to postpone or cancel or full fee may apply. In our commitment to providing stability for our Aged Care workers, we require at least 2 business days notice to postpone or cancel. Your understanding is appreciated.
We can support clients in many areas including Blue Mountains, Nepean, Western Sydney
and Port Stephens, Hunter Valley, Newcastle areas, Eastlakes, Westlakes.
