AGED CARE SERVICES

We assist

  • Private clients such as self funded retirees 

  • Aged care clients through CHSP (see below)

  • Aged Care clients through Home Care Package funding

We can provide services for Home Care Packages in the Hunter

    Home Maintenance:

  • Lawn mowing

  • Edging and trimming

  • Weed Gardens

  • Replace tap washers

  • Repair leaking taps

  • Clean gutters (single story)

  • Fix door handles and catches

  • Wash external windows under certain conditions

  • Install battery operated door bells

  • Change light bulbs

  • Carpet cleaning

  • Cut low tree branches where obstructing entrances/paths

  • Clean cement paths and steps if hazardous

  • Install letter boxes

  • Install smoke detectors /replace batteries

  • Hang pictures

  • Wheelie bin washouts

  • Rubbish removal

We are an approved provider to assist clients using the Commonwealth Home Support Program "CHSP" for Domestic Assistance, Home Maintenance and Social Support Individual* (Western Sydney only) .

The areas subsidised  via our funding agreement are for :

  • Blacktown Local Government Area

  • Hills Local Government Area

  • Cumberland Local Government Area

  • Parramatta Local Government Area

  • Penrith Local Government Area

  • Blue Mountains Local Government Area

  • Hawkesbury Local Government Area

 

A referral must be made by "My Aged Care"  call 1800 200 422 

We are limited by funding capacity. 

Domestic Assistance:

  • House cleaning

  • Vacuum cleaning/ mopping

  • Ironing

  • Help sorting cupboards

  • Spring Clean

  • Cleaning the oven/fridge etc

  • Help with hanging out your laundry 

  • We can help with shopping for you

  • We can help with running errands for you
